Javier Pulido Biosca, Director of Raíces Cultural Group. Graduated in Philosophy from the National University of Mexico. Working at Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, in cultural projects since 1985, author of books of regional history and myths. Teacher of history of Philosophy at the University of Veracruz and many undergraduate schools.
