Vladimir Fomichov has a Ph.D. degree in Mahematical Computer Science and is a Full Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Information Technologies, K.E. Tsiolkovsky Russian State Technological University, Moscow; he is also affiliated with the Department of Discrete Mathematics, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, Lomonosov Moscow State University and with the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University). Authored and co-authored over one hundred scientific works; over fifty his papers are published in English in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, U.S.A., and two papers are published in French. These papers pertain to the fields of Discrete Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Multi-Agent Systems, Electronic Commerce, Cognitive Science, and Education Theory. Chaired the international symposia and workshops in Belgium and Norway, worked as a member of the Programme Committees of the international conferences and congresses in Belgium, China, Croatia, France, Germany, Norway, Slovenia, U.S.A. He is a member of the Editorial Board or Steering Committee or Advisory Board of the International Journals "Informatica" (Ljubljana, Slovenia, Central Europe), METALOGICON (Rome, Italy), and the International Journal of Computer and Information Sciences (Cairo, Egypt). 

Olga Fomichova is Ph.D. in Philology, the head of the Studio "Culture, Ecology, and Foreign Languages" at the Moscow Children and Teenagers Palace for Creative Work. She authored and co-authored over thirty five papers in English and is the author of the monograph "Up-Bringing of Successful Child in the Computer Age" published in 2000 in Moscow (in Russian). Both authors are the members of the International Society for Artificial Intelligence in Education" (head office in Leeds, UK) and are Associate Editors of the International Peer-Reviewed Online Journal "Educational Technology & Society" (the URL http://ifets.ieee.org/periodical/). They presented many papers at international scientific conferences and congresses in Austria, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
