Gloria B. Clark is currently Associate Professor of Humanities and Spanish at Penn State Harrisburg.  She teaches courses in the Spanish language, Latin American literature and General Humanities.  Her current areas of research are in literature and pedagogy.  In literature, her interest is in the Mexican author Juan Ruíz de Alarcón and his challenges with disability in the seventeenth century.  In pedagogy, she researches and teaches in the virtual online community, Second Life.
