Michael A. Harding is an Assistant Professor of Theatre at Dixie State College in St. George, Utah. His areas of specialty are Script Analysis and Directing. Prior to his academic appointment, he worked as a professional actor around the US at such theatres as the Tony-Award winning Intiman Theatre in Seattle, WA as well as the Tony-Award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City, Utah. His acting and directing credits range from theatres on the west coast all the way to the east. He received his BA in Theatre from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, received graduate level conservatory acting training with the Professional Theatre Training Program at the University of Delaware, and earned his MFA with Highest Distinction in Staging Shakespeare from the University of Exeter in Devon, England.
